La Gourmet Pot for cooking pineapple jams?

02/26/06 		I need a real good quality steel pot for making my pineapple jam,no jam sticking burning at the side and base, you know...the long slow stirring jam. Are LaGourmet pots suitable? Anyone any suggestion on this LaGourmet pots? Are they good?
