Wedding for 150- 4 mains

I have a wedding for 150 people with the following items, I would greatly appreciate your help.

I have the quantities for the caesar salad, dinner rolls and the appetizers but I am not sure on the mains. The appetizer are only served for about 20 minutes and its a 7pm reception.

Meatballs: 400 1.5-2 inch meatballs?
Chicken Parm: 1 per?
Four cheese ravioli: large shells- 2-3 per?
Sliced ham:?

Vegetable medley:?

09/30/15 		You did fine on the estimates, ham just 25 pounds thin sliced ham.
about 35 pounds veg.

Meatballs use about 3 quarts sauce per 10 pounds.
