Hello Ellen I'm having a anniversary party this Saturday and I'll be using my chaffers to keep my food warm. I would like to know what leafy greens can I used to put in my chaffer and slice ham on top. I've seen it done in chaffer at different affairs and I want to do it just as a mean of presentation. |

My top choice for greens is either collards or kale. Depending n number of guests, you might want a small pan meatless for any non-pork eating guests. |
