Looking for advice on preparing and transporting cornish hens for a medieval party of 50. I do have cambro hot boxes and will have use of an oven there but would rather not rely on it. Of course this event is this Saturday - short notice!!! I would greatly appreciate a response as soon as possible!!! Thank you in advance! |

OK. You know to preheat the cambros? Cook them just done, not overcooked, planning to pull just before you leave, put into the preheated cambros, you have a couple of hours leeway. |
