I need to cook beans for 40. Im using dried beans in 1 pound packages as I just dont like the canned beans. On the bean site it converts dried beans in pounds to cooked beans by cup. So I guess I need to know how many cups of cooked beans I would need for 40 people? |

For a side dish, 1/2 cup per person, for a main dish, a cup. |
