When I was making apple crisp for a charity I asked the local orchard for an apple donation. They gave me 50 lbs. to start and offered more if I needed them. You'll need 25 lbs. for 50-60. HTH |

I use 2 1/2 gallons apple slices, cooked, with liquid, for 100. about 2 1/2 pounds of apple crumb topping, can be cookie mix with butter cut in or part rolled oats, depends on your pref. |
