10/12/15 		I need to know how many lbs. of frozen string beans I need for 75 people; how many lbs. of potatoes for potato salad for 75 people; and how many lbs. of macaroni I need for mac and cheese for 75 people.

10/12/15 		Using the plan for 100 table, you will do 3/4 the amount for 100. Each of these items is on the table. The green beans are 22-24 pounds per 100 ready to cook. The mac and cheese is 1 pound pasta per8-10, dpends on appetites, 1 quart sauce per pound, 1/2 to 1 pound cheese per pound.
