I am doing chicken thigh (chopped) tacos for a benefit. We plan on about 75 people, two tacos per. How many pounds of chicken thighs do I need? We are only adding a little onion, cilantro and chipotle mayo to the taco. Small corn shells. Thank you! |

1 pound of bone in thighs makes a cup of meat (boneless makes 2). One cup would make 6+ tacos depending on who is stuffing it. |
