Hot Ham and Cheese

10/29/15 		I am getting ready to provide lunch for a group of 65. The plan is to have Hot Ham and Cheese sandwiches. Does anyone know if it works ok to assemble and wrap the sandwiches the day before? Or do they become soggy and not toast up well?

10/30/15 		If this is a grilled cheese with ham added, you can prep the day before IF you spread thin mayo to the edges of the crust inside before filling.
