can I make the dressing recipe for 48-50, not bake it and freeze it for a couple of weeks? |

Yes. But it will be tastier if you assemble all the ingredients except egg and liquid, prep such as sauteing the onion and celery, and freezing baggies. Transfer to fridge night before.
