I'm serving 20 - 30 people and I would like to know how many bunches (4-6-) leaves per bunch of collard and mixed greens I would need to buy, considering that they cook down. |

For 30 people, I buy 16-18 pounds, no kidding. By the time they are de-stemmed and trimmed, you end up with about 8 pounds ready to cook. |
