Boneless pork loin roast

11/19/15 		I need to feed apx. 50. Want to serve boneless pork loin roast. how much meat shall I buy? we will be serving mash potatoes, gravy, veg. rolls and butter and a desert.

11/19/15 		25 pounds boneless. You need to make a meatless choice for any non-vegetarians, take a look in the produce department and the freezer for Field Roast, boca Burger, etc.
