I have recently started used wheat berries in my whole wheat bread recipe. Also enjoyed them in a salad. Do you have any recipes or ways that you use them? |

Mix some that have been soaked overnight into your brown rice to cook for pilafs. Sprout them a day or two and use in salad, bread recipes. Cooked, they can sub for orzo, quinoa, or rice in cold salads. Or in place of barley in beef barley soup, or under your stir fried veggies. Cracked, cooked up into a hot breakfast porridge. Almost anything done with rice can be adapted for wheat berries... |
