How long would I need to cook in convection roast a 8lb. 22 oz. turkey breast, no stuffing. Thank you |

Go here for guidance: www.livestrong.com/article/539726-directions-for-cooking-a-turkey-breast-in-a-convection-oven/ 325 is important. My only disagreement is that the turkey will be safe and juicier if pulled out at an internal temp of 150. So use a thermometer and start ceckinf at 24 minutes per pound. Let stand 15+ minutes out of the oven before slicing. |
