Home stuffed? NO. You can freeze cooked individual slices for reheating. for a short time, a few weeks, because they freeze quickly and are easy to heat thoroughly. |

reheating full pork loins after freezing - how to? Please tell me how to reheat full cooked pork loins after freezing as to not get dried out. Thank you! |

Valerie, Even unfrozen, pork tends to dry out when reheated, and once frozen, it is worse. You dont say whether it is already cooked. If already cooked, I would not reheat the whole loin, I would thaw it in the refrigerator for 3 days, slice into servings, and cover with either pork gravy or a fruit sauce; then reheat covered in a 325 oven to an internal temp of 255-260. If frozen raw uncoked, thaw as above and roast with a meat thermoometer. I might even do it in an oven bag, clay pot or crockpot for moisture's sake. |
