Cooking for 100

I'm having a party with about 100 people coming. We are having sirloin tip roast, cabbage rolls, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, cottage cheese and applesauce. I'm new at this so any help in figuring how much I need would be helpful. The cottage cheese and applesauce will serve as salads. Thank you!

Yum.

I would do

45 pounds roast,
7-8 quarts gravy
150 cabbage rolls (you will have some left, but with 100, you may run short)
45 pounds potatoes
20 pounds ready to cook each, green beans and corn,
2 gallons cottage cheese,
3 gallons applesauce (4 #10 cans)

If this saves you time, trouble or money, please make a donation, a dime or quarter per guest, to support this site. Thanks.

If you will look at the spaghetti page, it answers all the questions about amounts for side dish and main dish pastas.l You will use 1 quart of sauce and 1/2 to 1 pound cheese for each pound of pasta.
