Hi there I was just ask to submit a bid for a company dinner for 850 people and the menu is ham ,chicken, dressing, Mac &cheese, green beans,cream corn (2)desserts tea lemonade so my question is how much of each items would l need to prepare? Oh and I forgot to mention that it's a first shift and second shift with a 30 min break |

chef2chef.com You can do quantity estimates from my holiday dinner planning section at the top of the Big Pots section. Buffet service, you are looking at at least 1 pound ham per 4 plus 1 piece chicken per person. |
