You do know that each roaster requires a single electric circuit, or it will blow the circuit/fuse? Also to preheat covered 20-30 minutes before adding roast? Everything I have to share about roast beef is on the roast beef page in Big Pots. Since the roasters cook moist, I would use the low then hot heat and finish in the real oven for the delicious crusty outside, if that is available. So check it out, write back if you need to. |
