each pound ready to eat makes about 5 fat sandwiches, 1 each for kids, 1 1/2 for each adult if it is mixed men and women. Or you can use slider rolls and make a dozen or so per pound, and little kids will just eat one, wasting less; most women and older kids 2, teens and men 3.
