I am planning a baby shower with 80 people the menu is: Fried Wingettes Honey Bar b que wingettes Pineapple meatballs potato salad seafood salad deviled eggs fresh fruit veggie platter cheese platter could you please tell me how much I need to make this menu. |

These foods are discussed at some length on the appetzer plasnning page and the plan for 100 quantity page. The amount ca be 5 to 6 times more for a party over a normal meal time (as a luncheon type meaL) compared to mid asfternoon. More if liquor is served. Please prepare your basic first estimate using the tables and give some more info about the party time, etc, and I will be glad to review and comment for you. I can't do initial plans any more- too many requests! Good luck. |

drop off items I am preparing pull pork, cole slaw, potato salad and baked beans for 50 people. How much should I make?

It depends on whether the meat is for sandwiches or plates. You need 6-7 ounces cooked ready to eat per person if plated, 4-5 ounces for sandwiches. You want 5 gallons total sides, I would do 2 potato salad and 1 1/2 each beans and slaw. |
