I will be preparing a stuffed baked potato bar for a gathering of 200 people. I wonder if anyone has any ideas of quantity of items to be put out - i.e. sour cream, butter, guacamole, bacon bits etc. I just don't want to have too little but not too much either. Any help would be appreciated! |
