I don't have an electric roaster and want to make the Hash Brown Casserole for 60 in my oven using a very deep aluminum pan. I know to bake at 325º but I don't know how long to bake it. Can you help me please? |

Same as for the roaster- a quick doneness check and food safety, use a thermometer in the middle, 180 degrees. Then hold at 200 if there is a long wait. Very thick, add an hour and just turn it down when done. |
