Cooking two 9lb prime ribs in oven at same time. Do I need to cook them longer. I cook the roast at.500 @5min p/lb and let rest in oven for two hrs. H Having two roasts should I up the time |

No, consider adding just a short time- 15 minutes. Do preheat 20 minutes before adding meat. Be sure it s the same oven you have used before- newer ovens are more insulated and they tend to overcook using this method. A thermometer is a big help here. |
