I will be preparing dessert for 200 and am considering a fruit crisp for dessert. Is there any tricks to using frozen fruit? I don't want it to be too runny. |

Yes. Thaw overnight in a refrigerator. Thicken the drained juices before adding back (cook down, or rice or cornstarch) |
