Hello there!
Was hoping you had a recipe for Chicken Noodle Soup to fit into a roaster. Do you know how many bowls that averages out to be??

Thanks for your help!

Roasters vary about a gallon in size, but the most common ones hold up to 4 gallons, which is about 50 bowl-size servings. If you need 2 roasters remember that 2 plugged into 1 circuit will blow the circuit (most rooms have just one circuit, so you have to plan for how you will plug in. This is about 1 roaster full:

4 gallons best quality chicken broth (I recommend Swanson low sodium)
1 1/2 pounds diced chicken (this is light. I use up to 3 pounds! or 2 nice fat whole chickens...)
1 1/2 pounds sliced carrots
3 cups (about 3/4 pound) diced celery
1 pound diced onions
1 bunch parsley, chopped
2 bay leaves
1-2 pounds fine egg noodles
pepper to taste
