Help! Have an 8 lb Boston butt (haha) and do not know if I should cram it in a six quart roaster oven where it will touch on all sides, or haul out my huge roaster oven where it will have plenty of room? Searched all over & I am befuddled. Thanks!! |

If you want roasty and not pot roasty , haul out the big one. |
