Read the chili page. It says it all. Especially, re how spicy.
Be aware that food poisoning is very high risk with large volumes of chili, because people fail to pour into shallow pans to chill quickly (it is unsafe to put a 5 gallon, or even a full 6 quart dutch oven in the fridge to cool) and putting too much hot chili into a single refrigerator.
