i am hosting a comedy night fundraiser for my organization. we are planing to serve refreshments of: hot & cold drinks, deserts and appetizers. e are expecting at least 50 people- up to 100 people. how many deserts & how many appetizer will i need? thank you,

03/16/06 		You can get specific info on the appetizer planning page for quantities and on the beverage page for beverages. The desserts are discussed on the regular plan for 100 page and the tea party page. You make 1 dessert serving per person but cut small servings as people like to try 2 or 3 different ones.
