03/13/06 		I am providing the food for a taco bar for a film crew tomorrow night at 11:30.

How many tomatoes should I buy for dicing?
How much lettuce should I buy for shredding?
How much cheese (already shredded)?
And how much ground beef?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
