We have received an estimate for our pig roast sides for a wedding of 150 people but they are all in pounds. 40 llbs of each: Macaroni n Cheese Red Potatoes Baked Beans Baked Apples Cole Slaw Does that sound about right? We also will be having a cheese n meat trays as well as veggied tray for an appetizer. Thanks. |

Looks like plenty, in fact you will have some leftovers on several items, including the meat. Don't forget the table sauce (BBQ), bread or rolls- 10-12 pounds per 100). Also for BBQ, at least a gallon of sliced pickles, and 12 pounds sliced onions. If the caterer does not supply, you may want to get a lot of Wetnaps, at least 250, for all those sticky fingers! Have fun! |
