Hi, Ellen! quick question - have about 12 hungry adults coming to my house - how big of a pork loin would you suggest - there will be sides and apps too - to adequately feed 12 ppl? Thank you! |

At least 6 pounds, if you don't need leftovers. Basically 1 pound boneless for each 2. |

Eek, I forgot to notice it is smoked. This shrinks more. Allow 2 pounds for every 3 people! |
