Hi Ellen! My wedding is for approximately 120 people. 80 adults and 40 children under 12. We're thinking of going with BBQ. I'd like to know if this sounds about right to you. All quantities are of cooked foods.

Add about 10 more pounds beef or 4-5 more chickens. Ad gallon pickles, 8 pounds thin sliced onions, 1 squirter table sauce per table

Drinks Wise to plan an appetizer table. At least chips and dip, 8-10 pounds plus 1 pint salsa or dip per pound; fruit tray (see the fruit tray page) this will also be dessert for non-pie eaters; maybe cheese selection- 8-10 pounds with 6 pounds crackers |
