5 pounds tater tots 5X16 = 80 /0.5=16.0 portions per bag ? what I am working on recipe calls for 5oz frozen tater tots but I want to learn how to calculate items such as potatoes for at 1100-1200 people. |

When all you need is an estimate, remember you can use 1 pound for 3 people for 5 ounce by weight serving, for 4 for 4 ounce serving and 2 pounds for 5 for6 ounce serving. |
