Lynn, as I have said before, this site is aimed at family and volunteer cooks, and I don't do prices. You can estimate this by checking prices at local restaurants and caterers. Or knowing that for pro caterers, food costs are 1/3 to 1/4 of the total charge, depending on how much service and equipment the caterer supplies for the event. |
