Having a retirement party with 250 people. Serving dinner (Mexican food - catered). We are in charge of dessert. Having fruit tarts, brownie bites, and 3 inch cookies from Costco. How many of each of the three desserts should we have? |

If these are the little, almost 2-bite size tarts, do 1 tart, 2 brownie bites and 1 cookie per person.. There will be some left, but this way everyone gets his/her first choice, and most people will take at least 2. Do have coffee, both regular and decaf, available for dessert.
