We are having a Wild Game Dinner this week and we are frying fish to supplement the wild game. The powers that be, not those cooking mind you, want to have fried potatoes, thin ones sliced with a Saladmaster slicer. How many potatoes do I need for 200 or 300 people? |

Very tough going for the cooks! Tough prep, tough cooking, hard to hold well. 90-120 pounds of potatoes, 20-30 onions, and that is if they don't want the potatoes peeled. Talk to them about delicious baked potatoes, much the best choice with game, then see the baked potato bar page for help with amounts, toppings, and how to cook ahead.
