Hi Ellen in addition to yesterday thread. If I have the eggs prepared extremely soft will that prevent them from being "DOA" ? Also should I put some type of coating on the pans before placing the food in them?I will also have country style potatoes and some type of bread. Thanks again, you are a blessing!! |

Sadly, probably not, and also very soft eggs are not food safe. Better to make them all omelets, then at least the fillings help with the texture issue. Pam or other nonstick spray on the pans will help. Muffins are more popular than bread, unless it is a sweet bread like banana bread, or run over to the old bisquick recipe thread and see the newly posted apricot walnut bread. |
