cooking frozen croissants Sorry, I need to know how to cook the frozen croissants since I do not have a commercial kitchen. The lady at Sams says she leaves them in the walk in refrigerator for 18 hours and then proofs them. I do not have that capability. What would you suggest? |

You MUST proof frozen doughs. If you can't, buy them already made at a good local bakery. You can use a home refrigerator, but you won't have room for this many. |
