Vegetarian nachos for 400

02/18/16 		We are having a stall for our school at a fair and will be making vegetarian nachos for approx 400-500 people.
Do you have a guide on quantities to buy please?
Theyll be quite simple; chips, homemade vegie sauce, grated cheese and sour cream.

02/18/16 		For a three ounce serving (40 chips), per 100

chips, 18 pounds
cheese, 4 gallons, 16 pounds
sour cream, 2+ tablespoons, 4 quarts
salsa or beans or combo, 1/2 cup, 2 gallons
sliced jalapenos, 1 1/2 gallons
