Woman/Men baby shower. 30 lb pig. Penna pasta, kielbasa/sauerkraut with baked beans, potato salad, pasta salad. Deviled eggs, Salad and Rolls. How much of these things should I make for 60 people? Pig is the smallest I can get. Thank you

Usually, you count 1 pound whole pig per person, so your piglet will be about 30-40 people's worth. That means the kielbasa needs to be at least 8 pounds. 1 gallon sauerkraut.

Penne pasta, make with cheese, no meat, in case you have some non-pork or non-meat eaters in the group.7 pounds dry pasta, 1 quart sauce per pound, 1/2 to 1 pound cheese per pound

baked beans, 2 gallons (3 #10 cans)

potato salad, 15-18 pounds potatoes plus add ins.
pasta salad, strongly suggest you skip and do a hot veg or mixed cold veg dish, 12 pounds ready to cook veg

Deviled eggs, 3 dozen eggs
Salad, do 2/3 the amount for 100 on the plan for 100 page
Could add a gallon of a slaw, a few pounds of sliced onions for the pork. 1 cup table sauce per 5-6 guests.

Rolls, about 8 pounds
