03/02/16 		I am making shredded pork In pork gravy over potatoes. Wondering how much pork I would need to prepare for 140 people?

03/02/16 		Stewy type dishes, pound boneless per 4. Unless you are sure that every guest eats pork, prepare a crock pot of vegetarian meatballs in tomato sauce for any non-pork eaters.
