here are the dishes all in large serving platter... phillipine noodle ,adobo,eggrolls,meat balls, phil.meatloaf, ham/cheese rollup,veggie plate/fruit plate.huge cakes,3 phil.desserts.salamipasta and maybe 2 more that i have forgotten |

Gladys, I need a little help; how big is a large serving platter? For example, what weight of meatballs? How many rollups? For sure, 1 platter of noodles will not be enough for 100 people, no matter how large, since they are very popular and everyone will want some. Two full sheets cakes is plenty for 100. Also, it matters whether this is a mealtime, so please tell me what type event, when it starts and how long it lasts. Write back. |
