You recommend 10 gallons of ice cream for a 200 person Sundae Bar. As I plan a function, it would be helpful to know what size (# of scoops?) serving the 10 gal is based upon so I can be prepared best. Please share that information and thank you! |

Good question. 1/2 cup scoops. 1 generous per person with some extra. |
