Beans and potato salad are being donated by a local restaurant and they have asked how much potato salad and beans are needed to go with brisket. We are planning on 350. I'm looking at your 4 1/2 gal. per 100 - total sides. Would that apply in this case? Thanks for any help, here. |

No, I would ask them for 4 gallons of potato salad per 100=12-14 gallons and 3 gallons beans per 100=10-11 gallons. This will help use less brisket. Good luck. |
