Wondering if this will work...slice the pre cooked prime rib, place cuts into a 4'' hotel pan, cover w/ au ju and warm in a hot oven. Need some input. Thanks |

You will end up with overcooked beef. One restaurant method is to heat the au jus then dip the thin slices in the hot au jus. |
