Hi Ellen, I'm having a wedding with around 200 people attending. I was just wondering how many gallons of lemonade should I make for 200 people? We are also having water and coffee. Thanks |

I would make 16 gallons if it is good lemonade and a summer wedding. It would be friendly to have some sugar free iced tea, maybe one of the new flavored ones like raspberry, mint or apricot. If you do this, do about 10 gallons or each. It works well to have frozen lemonade concentrate and mix up 2/3 to start, see how it goes. Hope this helps.
