The menu is as follows: Shrimp & Cheesy Grits Collard Greens Vegetarian Red Beans & Rice Sweet Potatoes Vegetarian Sweet Potatoes Baked Chicken Macaroni & Cheese Cornbread Muffins Mini Chocolate Covered Sweet Potato Pies Mini Sweet Potato Pies Vegan Cookies Strawberry Lemonade Water I need help with amount of food to prepare for each menu item Thanks!

Sweet Potatoes Vegetarian Sweet Potatoes Macaroni & Cheese What is the difference between the two sweet potato dishes? Most ordinary sweet potato dishes are already vegetarian Collard Greens, will these be frozen or whole fresh from scratch? Mini Chocolate Covered Sweet Potato Pies Mini Sweet Potato Pies are these the same except the chocolate? Vegan Cookies Strawberry Lemonade Water Any tea or coffee?
