Cooking for 80-100 people

04/30/16 		How much ground beef should I cook for loose-meat sandwiches? I am also serving little smokies,baked beans,and two cold salads for 80-100 people. I want to make sure I have enough,but I also don't want to go overboard and end up with a lot of leftovers. HELP!!

05/01/16 		For 100 people, standard recipes do 24 pounds of meat- each pound makes 5 buns.
Make sure some of the beans are meatless, in case you have any vegetarians- and maybe a bowl of egg salad for non-meat filling?
