Graduation Party- 60 people
Lets do some tweaking.

Fried Chicken 80 pieces- 60 plenty
Ribs 20 lbs- 1 rib per person, weight will depend on type of rib
Fish 10 lbs-with the other choices, no more than 6 pounds
Meatballs 15lbs- no more than 10 pounds, 3 quarts sauce, will have some left
Spanish Rice & Black beans- 5lbsI would start with 4 pounds dry rice and 4 pounds dry beans
Stuffing-3lbs??? Doesn't especially go with the menu- could skip
Vegetable Medley-5lbs- 12 pounds

Baked Ziti 4lbs dry pasta
Macaroni & Cheese 4lbs dry
OK, with the other salads, 3 each OK

Collard Greens- 8lbs- 10-11 pounds ready to cook
Corn on the Cob - 72 pieces- 60 OK
Baked Beans - 2 Gallons-1 1/2 plenty (2 #10 cans)
Rolls – 12 dozen- only 6 pounds

Pasta Salad- 3lbs dry pasta weight
Potato Salad-15lbs raw potato weight

Tossed Salad – 3lbs
16 oz Ranch
16 oz Italian
16 oz French
See the plan for 100 salad section, do 1/2 the amount for 100

Sheet Cake one full sheet or 2 layer half sheet serves 60
