how many pounds of pork tenderloin

05/11/16 		how many pounds of pork tenderloin do I need to cook to make 50-75 small sandwiches for a party? I plan to carve the tenderloin into slices that will fit on a small roll.

05/12/16 		Cooked gently to minimize shrinkage, a pound raw loin makes 10 slider size sandwich- maybe 12 if you slice carefully. So 8 pounds max.
